Desktop Round Bottle Labeller

The LR-110 is a compact, high-precision round bottle labelling machine designed for efficient, consistent label application. Powered by a stepper motor, it delivers smooth operation with peeling speeds up to 12 m/min. The adjustable X and Y axes make setup simple, allowing fine-tuned alignment for a wide range of products.

A sponge-belt wrap station driven by a variable-speed motor ensures tight, uniform label application, with easy bottle diameter adjustment. The Delta PLC control system and touchscreen interface provide intuitive access to key parameters such as start delay, peel length, peeling speed, label counting, and test mode, along with a missed-label alarm for reliability.

Built with a sturdy SUS304 stainless-steel frame and anodized aluminum components, the LR-110 includes a motor-driven belt conveyor with adjustable speed and label-apply control. It supports non-clear pressure-sensitive labels up to 100 mm wide and 300 mm long, with a 75 mm inner roll and 300 mm outer roll capacity.
